We also appreciate you sharing your comments regarding advancement and bonus/profit sharing plans. CORT does offer either a profit sharing plan or bonus plan to full-time employees. Plan eligibility varies by position.

Pros

Co-workers are nice, flexible work schedule and you can work from home.

Cons

Pay is on the lower side of similar positions, lack of training, some managers are ok, others were horrible. Not a lot of growth potential within the company. High turnover.
