Pros

First- any 4 stars and above are written by current Managers. I’ve seen it first hand. Pros? You get a paycheck. A very small paycheck breaking your back and working insane hours in a hostile work environment.

Cons

If you’re female, run. If you’re a minority, run. If your both, well expect to be degraded, demeaned and blatantly disrespected and constantly threatened. It does not matter if your successful, a high earner, keep your District above goal. If your earning what they think is too much commission, your gone. Middle management (85% white middle aged men) absolutely do nothing; Golf, Family outings, nowhere to be found ever while on the clock. Furniture is in shambles. Broken, stained, mismatched and 20++ years old. They also have a level of disdain for their own customers. There is no plan at CORT. None.
