      Pros

      They have flexible work hours and are not a typical 9am-5pm job. It is also nice to be able to get out of the office to network in the community. You are not behind a phone all day, like some insurance companies.

      Cons

      You work much more than 40 hours and after about 6 months, the goals become hard to obtain, unless you are willing to put in 60+ hours

      Great unlimited income opportunitiy for hard working business minded people. Total relationship building business. Excellent career choice if your a self starter.

      Cons

      High Failure rate. You do not have full control over your business. Some geographical areas are tougher than others. Name recognition in certain areas is a problem.
