From the reps point of view. It is exceedingly difficult, labor intensive and time consuming to get practically anything closed. Underwriting is so very careful it's very easy to lose a client with all the hoops you have to jump through. It's almost ridiculous.
Commissions are slow in coming. There is no good accounting system to know when or what you'll be paid, and when you leave as an employee rep your commissions stop.
The reps have a fantastic amount of pressure applied to them at all times, right from the beginning and it never lets up.
The benchmark system is honestly pretty much regarded by everyone as a joke.
Finally you are on your own to try to figure anything out, and held responsible for any mistakes. There are so many different companies within Country it's extremely difficult to navigate and know who to talk to.
