      Pros

      The people here are friendly, hardworking, and genuinely committed to seeing the organization grow. COWI is growing in a carefully planed way. Talent is recognized and rewarded. Employees have some freedom to work on the projects that interest them the most. Benefits package is outstanding. Lots of room for promotion as COWI continues to grow.

      Cons

      The office is centrally located in the Bay Area, which means that employees live in all directions (north, south, east & west) from the office. This makes it difficult to join with others for commute.

      Pros

      Great colleagues and very nice opportunities for different missions. OK salary and straight management with an ambition to deliver the correct product to the customer. I can really recommend this company.

      Cons

      I don't really have much to say here. All jobs you can imagine have good and bad days but I cannot remember many bad days.
