      Pros

      Non managerial staff are quite friendly and ok to get along with, some projects are very interesting, but the chances of working on these are almost zero if you are non Danish

      Cons

      Low salary, very poor internal communications, projects / job opportunities are prioritized for Danish staff, too much focus on billability, rewards for professional and good performance are not rewarded, the company profile portrays a completely different persona when compared to the internal working environment, COWI operates very inefficient (time consuming) procedures and working practices. There's a saying 'Work Smarter, not harder' COWI does not operate this way

      Pros

      Flex hours are nice Good benefits but same as the rest of Denmark Exciting work tasks Professional and highly skilled employees

      Cons

      If your boss or market director can't find assignments for you, you will be squeezed and pressured to take time off or work for free. The focus on billability is ridiculous. Lower than average salleries. Your bosses are measured on idiot KPIs that in no way benefits the employee.

      Pros

      -Excellent company for junior engineers and learning opportunities -Top tier projects -Good life balance -Good coffee machine -European culture and nice colleagues

      Cons

      -Parent Danish company COWI is struggling to establish in North America -Too many old generation engineers, who some of them are out of mind.. -Management issues, Annually %20 of payroll are fired and hired.You should be careful not to be targeted. -if you are senior and on a good job, don't try it. Permanent contract doesn't mean anything.
