Nice friendly staff, No expectation to work overtime as a junior. Good outlook on sustainability. Interesting projects.

Cons

Below market average salary. Poor salary increase when being promoted. Must be chartered to be promoted to senior engineer, despite there being unchartered senior engineers currently. 3 day requirement in the office, which is tracked on your record. Easier to progress externally than internally.
