Pros
Infrastructure, European work culture, good work-life balance, technical staff and engineers, resources and COWI brand name. Comparatively decent salary package.
Cons
I worked in Cowi's Qatar office for 5 years. Post 2013, the top management from Denmark should have had a check on the selection of key managerial roles like Business development manager, HoS etc (especially in the erst. industry & energy department). It lacked the motivation, efficiency and job insecurity feeling was very high among the employees. Unfortunately, Personal development plans (PDP's) of employees never worked and remained only on colourful orange and white papers. Lost many of its qualified staff due to poor managers.
