There is also a really high turnover rate which halts the growth/promotions of downstream employees. The titles across groups and even without groups are wildly inconsistent and it’s practically impossible to get a promotion unless you are favored by senior leadership (favorites are also very common and have any and all “rules” bent for them). The lack of work life balance has drastically changed as well. The bottom line for leadership is meeting timelines and they don’t care how this is achieved, the impact to product quality or how it impacts employees. This feedback has been provided consistently to leadership with no changes in behavior.
