I can take off when I want to go on vacation, but only if I have the money to do so. working here will NOT net you many vacations you can afford!

Cons

Been with the company part-time for 7 years.. not one raise. I see new reps hired in at a dollar to sometimes three to four dollars more an hour than I am making! What gives?? Does a rep have to quit and get rehired to make more pay?

Fairly easy work. Work by yourself.

Cons

Inconsistent hours. Very little training. Hard to understand some of the tickets. Both of my stores were very disorganized, never had the right inventory, and the DMs were almost impossible to find. Not sure if it was Walmart or Crossmark's fault but still a headache and not worth the $10/hr. You work on your own but have no real way of contacting supervisors and you never meet them either. A strange job that makes little sense to me now. Won't be here much longer.

It’s a job and they pay weekly

Cons

You will be hired and promised a rate which isn’t honored. Required to work hours that aren’t documented. Assigned work that your supervisor isn’t authorized to assign you. You will likely be placed in harms way with no concern shown for your safety. You will also be asked to make decisions which the person asking you will deny upon being questioned about your actions. Very dishonest and unprofessional company to work with or for.
