      Pros

      A good start for your career; I got a lot of good experience and met some great people.

      Cons

      Terrible management - especially in the non-tech/finance department. They say that they want to be innovative and forward-thinking, but their actions contradict those values; they are complacent and have a hard time retaining high-quality employees because of corporate politics. My previous manager was absolutely atrocious and incredibly unprofessional, and gossip and pettiness was rampant in the department. I was a fresh-out-of-college intern, and was shocked to see how incredibly unprofessional some people were.

      Designers Beware

      Pros

      Great brand, top notch volunteer program, average benefits.

      Cons

      In the current manager's short tenure, the Ux team has realized nearly 100% turnover. These were talented designers who enjoyed working together and excelled at designing delightful experiences despite the misdirection and ineptitude of management. When leadership is clearly incompetent and upper management turns a blind eye, then the result is a toxic top to bottom environment.

      Pros

      I worked for a great Manager.

      Cons

      The IT department does not care about quality since their bonus structure is based on delivery. As a result, there is lots of frustration by the Business and lots of re-work by IT development teams. Eventually, the money is going to run out.\ and/or the talented folks just bail due to pure frustration.
