I really hate to say there are no pros, but there are no pros for working here

Cons

I had to fight my team, upper management and all the other departments in the company just to do my job. One of my fellow managers had a heart attack right on the floor from all of the job related stress. He's OK and own an Arby's now. After working here quite a few people leave their industries and never come back because the experience is that bad.

Pay is higher for some positions, that is how they reel you in.

Cons

Sexist, racist and homophobic work place. This company is like "The Firm", they keep you under constant surveillance and if you try to leave they make sure no one will hire you ever again. I was tired of being called names and worse by my fellow employees. I took everyone to HR and after that I received death threats from my fellow employees. I was called worse names than ever before. They withheld all work from me until finally I quit. I was never able to work in IT ever again as a result of this company. If I could prove it AAA would go under. I tried to prove it for over five years. They bought off lawyers and continued to harass me even after I quit. Now I have a hard time holding down an entry level job. They contact employers and collude with them. DO NOT WORK HERE EVER.

Cons

Management makes it very clear who their favorites are. Very little growth opportunity, terrible and unmanageable workload, a company that knows nothing about teamwork or communicating with their employees.
