Great place to work if you want to be on the cutting-edge of tech

If you can provide very actionable results with a solid game plan then this is the place to work. Results are REWARDED at this company and if you like the challenge then you should go for it.

Cons

Difficult to keep up with all the chaos that happens but if you can keep this under control this should be no problem.

I can't think of any.

Cons

CSC bought the successful company I worked for and ran us out of business in about 18 months. They took away our Aetna healthcare and gave us a plan that no one had ever heard of and only covered ONE doctor in Northeast Ohio. They switched our earned PTO to "unlimited" PTO and then complained that we "used too much PTO". Mind you, I didn't use any more than I had previously earned. They are terrible to work for and have no idea what they're doing.

The teams here are very supportive and great at collaborating. People receive the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in their roles. There are also continuous training and professional development opportunities, which are extremely valuable for people eager to move up the ladder. The management team also deserves credit for the positive atmosphere because it welcomes employee input and new ideas.

Cons

It's not a place for people who fall apart when faced with a tight deadline.
