      A ruthless CEO cultivates a toxic work culture

      My time here was only memorable because of the incredible people I worked with.

      Cons

      The company's CEO, a man known for his ruthless ambition and disregard for employees well-being, fostered a toxic work environment where backstabbing and marginalization were commonplace. I felt constantly undervalued and overlooked, my contributions ignored in favor of those who played the corporate game. The company's structure, with its emphasis on profit over people, only exacerbated the situation, leaving Associates feeling like expendable cogs in a heartless machine.

      You are getting paid for the time you work

      Cons

      Layoffs every month, please google all their company and brand names and you will see how much turnover there is every month with this company. HR is a joke and the company has more lawyers than senior staff, must tell you what a red flag this company is. They add a monitoring software on all employee computers to make sure there is activity every 5 mins.

      The worst humans run this company

      Pros

      Remote work. They are so incompetent in most areas that they leave you alone. They focus on stealing money from companies before shutting them down so they don’t really have time to micro manage - except in vendor payments (because they don’t pay them). Pay is typically good because they have a lot of money left over from not paying vendors.

      Cons

      Leadership is rotten to the core. They replace qualified leaders with their soulless cronies. I can’t believe that our country allows businesses to take over companies, take the cash, and put them out of business … then walk away unscathed. They manipulate vendors and employees. I felt dirty working for them. I am convinced the only positive reviews on this page are fake. No one would say these things. “Health insurance” costs $1100 a month and was mostly useless.
