Pros
Autonomy to work. That’s it.
Cons
Clearly the HR division of this organization has spent a lot of time either creating or getting false positive reviews of this company. The company leads and its CEO are completely unqualified to be running advanced retailers. They manage to cave businesses just months after acquisition, laying massive amounts of people off. They never share strategy with the leaders of their divisions. All is done with same group of “CEO loyaltists” who simply do what Justin (CEO) says. Justin has had zero corporate retail experience or schooling for what he is overseeing. He hires finance and investment bankers to run product-oriented consumer businesses where they have no experience or history of success. He and his leadership team never take time to get to know the people in their acquired businesses. They treat them like widgets while many have much to offer in my experience with working with them. Again is a very fine line walked by tech guys leading retail divisions. Very thin. They need to be friendlier to people with legacy in the industry.
