Great Learning Experience with a Supportive Finance Team

The finance team at CSC Generation has been an amazing group to work with. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in helping each other grow. The CFO is a great mentor — I’ve learned a lot about financial strategy and business analysis from them. It’s been a really valuable experience, and I’m excited to continue contributing to the team.

The remote work is great. I loved it.

Cons

Half the executive team is good and half is inexperienced and lacks leadership skills. This trickles down to the entire company.
