The organization has a portfolio of strong brands with their specific culture and values. there is no BS - pure impact and opportunity to make a difference.

Pros

CSC Generation is a genuinely exciting place to build a career. I have a tremendous amount of respect for the people I work with and the leadership teams I support. The company does a great job fostering an environment where strong performers can thrive. There’s a high level of autonomy for those who can self-manage, and plenty of cross-functional work that keeps things engaging and fresh. Work-life balance has been consistently solid, and the opportunities for growth are real. In my 2.5 years here, my role has evolved in meaningful ways, giving me exposure to different brands and business models across the portfolio. I also appreciate that CSC recognizes talent and gives people room to take ownership, learn, and lead.

Cons

There isn’t a lot of handholding, which can be challenging for some, but it’s great for self-starters who enjoy digging in, solving problems, and figuring things out. If you’re proactive and curious, you’ll do well here.
