I admit that I have learned a lot and I can use that knowledge in my future jobs.

Cons

Working here means dealing with disappointments daily. The pay is extremely low for industry standards. Even when hitting your KPI's your commission is still low. All they care about are sales and numbers and not actually scaling the company for large success. They love to pat themselves on the back about how great they are and how good the culture is, but the morale is terrible and the culture is oppressive and distrustful.

Innovative company that is transforming the retail world. There are real advancement and learning opportunities here. There’s no BS in management, you’re given a lot of autonomy and good work is rewarded.
