-Large Global company -OK company to temporarily join and leave within 1-2 years -European counterparts have amazing benefits compared to US employees, likely because they have Unions

Cons

Benefits are constantly cut to meet financial numbers: -Periodic layoffs -Promotion freezes -Salary-Increase freezes -Bonus freezes -Forced vacation usage – 5 of your vacation days will automatically be "holidays" (to be used when the company tells you to use them) -Company only matches 401k at the end of the calendar year, you forfeit the entire year's match if you quit before the year end Upper Mgt Issues: -Corporate mgt only seems to care about their stock bonuses -CEO has been continually selling his own shares of the company stock (just look at Insider Transactions of CSC on any finance website) -It appears the company is being positioned to be sold in the near future

Global compny, strong on internals systems and processes. Smart knowledgeable colleagues.

Cons

The new management that took over the operations a couple of years back, does not fully understand the industry and the capability of the employees and sometimes blindly do what the CEO tells them to do.

Very poor senior leadership. Managers at the local level have no authority. Very low morale among the staff. Poor management leads to experienced and qualified staff resignations.
