Coalition has its own version of Udemy called Romy which transforms team members into full stack marketing specialists. I learnt so much while doing my job! There's also a very objective management and performance review structure

Pros

Enjoy my work. Love talking with people around the world. Love my coworkers. Love that I have flexibility to take time off when I need it. Love how much I've learned about all the different roles I recruit for. Love all the people I've interacted with at the company. Everyone is really smart and kind.

Cons

Lots of spreadsheets and docs for data and process management make work complex and not as efficient and productive as I'd like to be.
