      Fast Paced Environment

      Pros

      I have worked at Coalition for almost 2 years. I began as a Content Strategist, so I put my role as that for this review. CT is fast paced and always evolving. There are great opportunities here to learn and grow in digital marketing. Yes, they use time management software that feels a bit big brother like. However, can you blame them? They charge most clients by the hour so it stands to reason that they need to monitor remote employees closely to ensure that those hours aren’t being wasted. Joel and Jordan have always been open to my feedback and have taken personal time out of their days to get on calls with me. I’ve worked on accounts directly under Joel and have never once felt like he was breathing down my neck or micro managing. He has provided helpful and constructive feedback where needed. If you enjoy digital marketing, are dedicated to your job, and understand that digital marketing will NEVER be slow or easy...then CT is the perfect place for you.

      Cons

      Working remote makes it difficult to connect with coworkers and clients but the benefits far outweigh the cons.

Team members who dedicate themselves to the execution of their craft, the success of their clients, and building a great company at Coalition are what we hope define us. I also appreciate your perspective on our time tracking efforts- you're right, they are all about accountability.       CT is a great company is with clear directions as to where it is going. If you know and are willing you will be carried on this journey. Leadership is honest and transparent and keen on feedback

      Every company has a flaw here and there but nothing particularly worth mentioning

      Second home for me

      Pros

      I have been working more than six months now in CT as a remote employee. in this six month I have gain so much knowledge from the mates I am working with. Coalition is not a office to me, it's now becoming a family to me. We are always connected with each other and share knowledge always. The best part of the CT, everything is transparent here. We know what we have and what we should do to improve our-self. This is a great turning point of my career to be a part of CT.

      Cons

      Everything is fair here. We always get reward for the good things we have done. And if anything goes wrong, there's no shame or fear for sharing because everyone is so friendly here even the management. I love the feedback system here.
