One of the Best Companies I've Worked For, With Amazing Management That Values Their Employees

I worked at Coalition a bit under a year. Everyone at Coalition is extremely understanding, and the most accommodating to the ups and downs in life. I was hired as a full time employee at the Culver City office and was doing that for about 4 months. The lengthy car ride took a toll on my car and they happily let me transition to remote work for my remaining 4 months. I also had the opportunity to work with some pretty big brands in the US.

Cons

The clock-in system can become a bit irritating (only when it *occasionally* hiccups), but it's a very small price to pay for the amazing management, company values, and working with some top tier brands.

Pros

As a remote employee for Coalition I get to work from home, doing what I love to do, with great people, and for many different clients. There are many opportunities to grow as a professional, tons of benefits (including a monthly profit share), and a very supportive group of people that is always ready to help at all times.

Cons

I really can't complain too much. Some minor issues here and there do come up - which is pretty standard - but the higher-ups always do their best to get those issues fixed and constantly improve the company for it's employees.
