Pros

I have been with CT since last 3+ years. Coalition is one of the rare companies which appreciate its employees more than its clients. Your efforts won't be unnoticed. They have truly amazing rewarding programs such as profit share, bonus pay, career development, phantom stock which are not around in any other companies. The growing teams are full of talents and expertise. You get a lot of learning and support from each other. Its because of these teams most of Coalition's clients wants to stay long term with the company. Proud of being a part of teams like these.

Cons

No chance. Always improve attitude of Coalition and its team members will always keep this section empty. :)

This is a spam or fraudulent review. The content is nonsensical and Coalition has never employed anyone in Nigeria.

Pros

- Genuinely wants to continuously improve everything -- client retention, employee satisfaction and productivity, operations, profitability -- and welcomes feedback from all employees - Rewards employees who go above and beyond expectations - Collaborative culture - No two projects are the same; opportunity to learn something new everyday and to be self-driven in constantly updating knowledge to match fast-paced and ever-changing industry

Cons

- Tends to be too focused on hours rendered as opposed to efficiency and quality of work - Focused on recruitment but not so much on employee career development

Thank you for the feedback. We put a great deal of effort into continuous improvement and are definitely willing to put aside our preconceived notions of how things can be done if our team members have constructive criticism that could lead to greater efficiency or outcomes for our clients. I can also appreciate the feedback on our need to get better at seeing beyond the hours as a benchmark of performance. We've revamped many objective KPIs so they provide a clearer picture of who is succeeding and who can improve. Part of our goal there is to make hours of secondary importance in performance evaluations. Thanks again. Jordan B. President and COO
