Pros

I've been with CT for close to one year, which I think is a fair amount of time to give an honest evaluation. Some of these reviews are pretty rough, but I can definitely validate that the positive reviews are not fake... Take mine for example :) Pros: - WORKING REMOTELY! The flexibility is probably my favorite thing about this job. I travel a lot so I am most appreciative to be able to work from wherever. - Work Culture. CT has managed to find some of the coolest, most knowledgeable and kind people to employ, and it just makes working that much better. The community is strong at CT. Everyone loves to lend a helping hand and they're all really amazing with creative feedback too (a big plus!) - Employee Appreciation. When you do a good job, you are handsomely rewarded at CT. While the job isn't always the easiest, it definitely pays off to know that people are watching (literally...thanks Time Doctor) and your hard work doesn't go unnoticed. -GROWTH. When a recruiter mentions opportunity for growth at CT, they aren't lying. As long as you remain focused on improving your overall skills on a constant basis (who doesn't want to do that?), staying invested in your role (whatever that may be), and bring new ideas to the table, the opportunity for growth is huge.

Cons

Cons: - Really long days (if you're on the east coast). Working 12-9pm isn't the most fun, but it's really not HORRIBLE if you factor in all the other cool perks of working remotely. - Understaffed. We've got a LOT of clients and a little team. It would be incredible to have a few more team members in each department. It would make everyone's jobs just a bit less stressful to have a smaller workload and more time to focus on the important items. - Communication can sometimes be an issue. When you work in a position that requires a really big team of people to come together to make magic happen (with a deadline attached), it can sometimes be difficult to get everyone on the same page. - The pay isn't the greatest to start, but as you grow and prove yourself to be an asset to the company, so does your paycheck.

Glad that we warranted a 5 star review for you! Hopefully we can not only keep that 5 star review but find a way to make employment at CT even better. We definitely value team members who are self starters and are eager to find ways to improve our services, even if that's not technically part of their job responsibilities. We hope that you feel incentivized and motivated to continue to do that, year in and year out. I'm hoping you've seen that with our expanded recruiting team, we're able to bring in more people, faster to support you through prompt communication and greater availability. Thanks again! Jordan B. Pros

-Working remotely/flexibility -Great team! -Getting to learn every single day -No day is the same -Excellent training - they have their own custom training system! Very cool -Constant ability to adapt and change based on our industry After seeing some of the reviews on here I felt compelled to leave my own. Some very strange opinions out there, but I wanted to leave my honest and true opinion on this company since I haven't (like some of the others) worked here for just a few months... I've been here for a little over 3 years now. I've been through some of hte ups and downs with this company and I wouldn't change one second of it. I've seen us grow tremendously in the time I've been here and I couldn't be prouder to work here. Along with the company I can see how much I've grown just being here and being surrounded by some of the talented team members we have. I've worked for 4 agencies now so I know what agency life is like. I also know a good firm when I find one because of this experience and this is it. This company is pretty much my 'home' now and I'm so glad I'm here.

Cons

-Long days (just depends the position and the requirements) -Clients can be challenging to manage -Workload can be heavy at times

I appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback for us. I'm glad the pro's are the ones we really put a lot of thought and effort into. We believe remote work and decentralized companies can be highly effective and productive for their clients and are confident that it makes team members more motivated and excited about their work. We do believe we're the best agency out there and hope that we can make some of the usual agency pain points (long days / challenging clients/ and heavy workload) more bearable and more of a sideline. Thanks again! Jordan B. President and COO
