      You'll learn a lot very quickly, but you will be burned-out just as fast.

      Pros

      There were some great teammates. Flexible work schedule. and the overall in-office atmosphere was great. You'll also learn a lot as there is a comprehensive training program that they put you through.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations and waaay too much work for an individual to handle. CEO and Mgmt have no empathy. They try hard to create positive culture and relax feeling, but they Joel is so intimidating and questions everything that you are not very comfortable voicing your concern.

      Pros

      Remote work is nice Most coworkers are hard working and good people

      Cons

      I read the comments here before I started and I wish I would have listened to the negative comments. This is not a positive place to work. Be careful when you accept a position because you may be told you are an employee but in some cases you are actually a contractor. Basically this is not a job I would ever recommend to anyone.

      Pros

      The people at Coalition are super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My team lead is patient and I enjoy working with him. Although I came into the position with accounting experience, I am learning a lot of new systems. The pay is OK to start, but bonuses and raises/promotions are clear and come often. The people that have been with CT the longest seem the happiest/ highly compensated. Good medical and dental benefits.

      Cons

      Definitely a fast pace environment. Most of the time I love it, but I could see how someone could get overwhelmed.
