Pros

By far the biggest perk to being a copy writer at CT is the rating system they have implemented. If your copy receives an "Outstanding" rating, you get paid more. The medical benefits, free snacks, and Friday lunches are also pretty good. I love my coworkers. CT has friendly and competent employees, which leads to a fun work environment.

Cons

The profit share system only kicks in after 3 months, which I guess is only a con if you only plan on working for less than three months. There is a lot to do - sometimes work around deadlines gets chaotic - but having an awesome team helps here.

Pros

I have only been with CT for a few months now. Overall, I would say I am very happy here. My coworkers are fun, happy, and they welcomed me right away. My colleagues are also extremely qualified, making my work life easier. I love working with my team, who is always there to support one another on projects. CT also has a profit share system, which means that every month, I get a cut of the profit (pretty cool if you ask me!). I have all the regular benefits (medical, vision, dental), and perks such as team events and Friday lunch. I am super happy with CT!

Cons

Your work is monitored by Time Doctor, which is a software that periodically takes screenshots to see if you are being productive. This was a sticking point for me at first, but I actually don't even think about it anymore. I figure if you're doing what you're supposed to be doing, it's not a big deal? And honestly, it makes it easy to keep track of hours and work for clients.
