Pros

Very strong SEO department that is managed well and has the best SEO minds around. The web dev department is weaker but still solid compared to other agencies I have worked at. Back end development needs the most help as some of those projects have lagged due to not as many people helping in those areas. PPC is also the best around that I've seen.

Cons

Back end development team is slow compared to the rest of the company, but still decent.

Pros

I have really enjoyed working here. There are a ton of social opportunities, great coworkers, friendly and fun atmosphere, and the company encourages you to learn as much as possible. I have been given the opportunity to take online courses to help continue to grow my SEO expertise and the company even gives incentives for learning and growing.

Cons

The company has been growing very fast and is trying to transition from a startup mentality to a large company often has it's challenges. It's a problem that I am glad that we have.

Pros

I have only been with the company for about 3 months but things have been going well so far. I have really enjoyed working with my coworkers and have been learning at a rapid pace. I am working on CT's small accounts right now, but expect to take on bigger ones as I gain more experience. My favorite part is the fully stocked fridge and snack pantry... to be honest probably half the food I eat is at work lol. The training materials are a little disjointed and some of them are out of date, but there is a lot more training then I have had at previous positions. The ceo said he was working on building and improving the training program. We also go out to eat as a company every Friday and we are supposed to go to a Dodgers game pretty soon so that's cool.

Cons

I like working here, but I do wish there was a better gym. The one across the street the company pays for is pretty run down.
