Pros

They keep to the employment contract and deposit money to your bank account.

Cons

The positive reviews are fake. The company wants individuals who will work for the lowest possible price. They'll skimp as much as they can and have no value for employees. Their focus is to get as much work out of you as possible. Oh yeah, they also frame it all as "self help" so you can't say anything against it because... "you don't want to help yourself? why, what's wrong with you?" Avoid this company.

Pros

CT honestly hires people who are hungry, humble, and intelligent. Every single person is hungry for new work, egos are nonexistent, and this is the smartest group of people with whom I've ever had the pleasure to work. I'm not easily impressed; however, there are so many people at CT that are crazy talented. I've experienced many, "oh my gosh, that person is amazing" moments at CT. The culture is great and I have loved working here since I started.

Cons

The cons are what they would be anywhere everyone has their own frustrations and issues with their managers, clients and direct reports, especially when growth happens. There aren't that many cons I can really think of.

Pros

I saw some of the reviews here are pretty down on CT, but I have had a good experience. The pros for me have been: -amazing coworkers -i've learned tons -work hours are always 9-6, no unpaid overtime like my last job -solid pay and the profit share is really good I actually have enjoyed working with the management here. I do agree that there needs to be more managers, but the ones I have worked with have universally been respectful to me and very intelligent.

Cons

The biggest con for me has been the length of my commute. I drive over an hour every day each way, which really blows. I might have to switch companies eventually because of this. I also wish they served more soda in the break room.
