Pros

No pros, this is one of the worst jobs I've ever worked.

Cons

Training is abysmal. 3 weeks of in class training mixed with call work before you're even fully trained. Majority of the training class were on the verge of having a panic attack. This training is considered 8 college credits by the community colleges in Maricopa County and it's all jammed into 3 weeks. The company is also a bunch of cheapskates. Most call centers I work for give you free coffee. Here you have to pay for it. The trainers had bad attitudes and were rude majority of the time. Treating us like idiots when it's extremely improbable that anyone has actually learned anything. The amount of steps each task takes is ridiculous and the work instructions are updating so frequently that you cant even memorize anything, and they yell at you for not having them up. The pay is meager for the kind of work you do. Your a basically a virtual pharmacist with a fraction of the pay. I cant quote benefits because I didnt even bother finishing training. I would stay away from this company.

Pros

Work from Home (sort of).

Cons

Training, while lengthy is not complete,. Company is really only interested in metrics and number of calls made while claiming quality is important, it clearly is not. 10 calls per hour, 25 completions of an assessment a week doesn't sound that bad, but people avoid you like the plague and the jobs feels unprofessional from that aspect. The premise of health management is good, but not how this company tries to do it. Micromanagement, metrics, productivity are the main thrust and accounting for every second of your day. Misleading or misinformation given at every turn. Run don't walk...away from this job! Be Warned! It is a telemarketing/call center job, that is sedentary and has you glued to a chair ten hours a day. RUN!!!!
