      Pros

      If you are into the outdoors this is a pretty good place. Lots of great people to work with, supervisors and managers are pretty fair to deal with. And the discounts are pretty good too.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great and it's almost impossible to get a full time spot. They always expected us to learn about different products and services but in the position I was in didn't have a real reason to know this information.

      Pros

      Discount on sporting goods. Great customers to work with.

      Cons

      Over bearing supervisors that love to criticize you in front of other employees. The customer is never wrong - it will be your fault. Lots of promises when you apply that are soon forgotten when you are hired, or the policy is changed. A lot of talk about high values and great work culture - it's just talk.

      Pros

      discounts are ok and 3 point 5 is pretty awesome. most of the employees are great to work with.

      Cons

      HR needs a complete overhaul from the bottom up. the senior leadership within the corporation has no clue what the stores do, nor do most of them par take in any of the activities that the store sells, therefore failing in their sales and operations plans for the company as a whole.
