CEO is fair and open to hearing suggestions, working to improve company culture. K&B designers that can close a sale will make $$

Healthcare not taken in all areas, Some areas in company I.E. slower store or store with more surrounding competition will not make enough money to sustain more than two employees to make over $75k

From the CEO/President down though ALL of the executives of the company and even the Regional Managers they CARE about our customers, and every employee and help us provide WOW support for both happy clients and employees. They all feel the companies success's come from the entire teams’ ability to provide WOW customer service to every client. No ceiling or cap to pay. The more happy customers you can create the more pay received.

Cons

Tons of moving parts and procedures to learn and always evolving, but the goal of better function and delivery for the the most happy customers in the industry.
