Upper management does not understand cabinetry Low pay for managers Product issues prevent you from making commissions Damages your selling reputation Upper management fires competent employees preferring complacent ones Corrupt resourcing of product (not the owners fault) Completely non competitive on the west coast No training, impossible to fill your clients order, and your have to teach yourself everything because cabinets to go offer no support or training for their sales staff.

The CEO and Corporate are the biggest downfalls of this company. I have been here for year and can see why there is so much hate in the industry. This company doesn't even carry the proper licenses the areas they operate. The company consistently undermining federal and state worker rights. There is no moving up in this company unless you want to be harassed on a daily by Jason or little companion. Your pay is minimum wage with 3% commission with chance of 4% but only maybe 10% of the company can meet that ggoal. When you do your yearly assessment the regional will down grade your scores to protect the company.
