Pros

Owner seems like a very good guy, unfortunately the CEO keeps a blanket over his head. I hope he can pull it off and replace this guy and stop the store manager turnover madness, coupled with distribution walk-outs. Payed medical is one of the really good benefits here

Cons

CEO could careless about the people. Stinks for the customer, because the professional designers run when they realize what a treat this guy is.

None.....they have reduced everyone’s pay so they can afford to pay CEO & CFO hundreds of thousands of dollars with a yearly bonus.

Cons

They just don’t care. Flat out. They want to get rid of every employee and get “fresh” blood into the stores. Every good employee is leaving the company. 7 or 8 regional managers have left, both VP’s left, several store managers have walked out including one of the top store in the company. Call any manager in the company and ask how much fun they are having......I bet the answer your going to get is they are looking for another job!
