• Toxic, hostile work environment • Rampant bullying and verbal abuse from regional managers • Sexual harassment ignored or excused by leadership • Forced to work overtime without proper compensation • Minimal training and support for new hires • Unrealistic sales pressure and fear-based management • Lack of HR protection — retaliation is common • Store managers penalized for medical emergencies or low sales • Company mistakes (like failed lead partnerships) punished at store level • Required to purchase your own branded clothing • Constant understaffing and burnout • No accountability at the executive level

Software, corporate training is helpful, and network between managers.

Cons

Work/Life Balance is non existent on a minimum wage salary for management with a comission. However bonuses are nearly impossible to accomplish in most stores due to the markets yet goals are not individualized per store but blanketed nationwide. In addition, regional support was remarkedly absent and unavailable for help consistently in the area I was in. Insurance is AWFUL but expensive.
