This company doesn't even carry the proper licenses the areas they operate. The company consistently undermining federal and state worker rights. There is no moving up in this company unless you want to be harassed on a daily by Jason or little companion. Your pay is minimum wage with 3% commission with chance of 4% but only maybe 10% of the company can meet that ggoal. When you do your yearly assessment the regional will down grade your scores to protect the company.
