      If you enjoy having all your waking hours consumed with work this place is for you.

      Much of your work hours will be consumed with useless meetings to make directors feel important.

      Pros

      The company overall seems to be okay, it is owned by private equity so there is immense pressure to make more money. Their public statements indicate they are rebuilding. With homebuilding in a boom, they will be okay in the short term.

      Cons

      Not a good career choice, although I think some locations are better than others. Corporate careers are probably fine, although the pressure of private equity may not be worth it. The Culpeper plant is a train wreck, others may be fine.
