Can't really find any pros to give for the company

Management seems in disarray. Members of the executive leadership team berate and argue and talk down to Directors of departments. Legacy employees have left and new employees don't understand and/or care on how the business is ran. An Oracle ERP system was refreshed/upgraded and then all of a sudden they want to lift the primary Data Center to a Colocation facility 3 months after it has been upgraded. Not the wisest move to do when your company relies on this product. Management picks and chooses what projects are high priority, no matter what project you might have been working on, the one they chose is now the #1 priority. Some of the IT Teams are maybe 1-2 people deep, overworked, and stressed beyond belief. Hiring new talent, is challenging, they get interviewed, and then decide to go elsewhere when an offer is presented to them.
