VERY controlling manager. In my 25 years as a designer, I'd never had anyone tell me how to setup my desk space, my browser links, my pinned network links or my software workspace. They think they have solid processes but after working there it's very clear that unless you are passive, they will dogpile on you when you do the least bit wrong and make you feel useless.

Completely driven by production demands, while reducing department size at the same time. Meeting demands will not be good enough - you will need to exceed rate and give away free labor to make the company happy.
