Poor Management and lack of communication lead to high turnover & layoffs

poor management which lead to mass layoffs and closures of certain lines because they had the wrong people in place but didn't care to listen. During the layoffs management took a trip to Jackson Hole Wyoming on the company expense for "special meetings".

Owned by private equity so only the bottom line matters. Rotating door of senior leadership which leads to sporadic direction changes led on by knee jerk reactions to keep PE owners satisfied. Unfortunately, these reactions historically lead to rounds of layoffs every couple years, removing dedicated employees and placing further stress and pressure onto those left.

We do have a wonderful Livonia headquarters, and we take pride in our strong brand offerings. Our turnover with senior leadership is part of our corporate strategy for increased sales and revenue. Our new CEO announced our new core values and strategic priorities in our company-wide town hall at the beginning of the month, and we are excited for a bright future.
