Pros

Work from home and medical benefits.

Cons

Sparklight claims to be about creating a team, customized training that fits your learning style, support for mental health, building a culture, coaching and work life balance. These promises by the CEO weekly seem to only apply to employees who go in to the office. Working from home is a luxury for some like management and tenured employees but for a new employees that need to connect to a team they treat you like a computer app. All the talk of culture and support go out the window. When life happens they expect perfection but yet will not accommodate if Working from home is not feasible. So use your home as an office but make sure not to live in it or have any living going on. Work in complete silence and who cares if you alone sound is not something you are allowed. It's to human.

Pros

People in this company care about quality. Good work/life balance. Competitive pay/benefits Interesting projects and opportunities for career growth

Cons

Culture sometimes a little too positive and can lead to group-think. Focus on employee "fairness" does not take into account different classes of employees and jobs. Employee bonuses could be better.
