Pros

Genuine, humble, authentic leaders who really care about the associates. Excellent pay and benefits. Everyone is included in annual Stronger Together Incentive bonus. The CEO is a true servant leader! Lots of opportunities for growth from within. Fun culture!

Cons

The company has grown quickly over the last few years and with that comes growing pains. They're still trying to figure out some of the change management and processes that worked well with a smaller company but can be a challenge the larger it gets. The leaders have been transparent about this and are working toward making things better, so I see this improving in the future.

Pros

Good "local" management team and people, but they have no real power for change.

Cons

Corporate management seems to be checked out on what front line employees want and need to survive! Local emoyees struggle to survive on current pay where similar jobs with other cable companies pay 30 to 35% more. Delusional that they take care of the front line employee and that they are happy, most are miserable and would change in a heartbeat.
