Pros
Tech support team consists of nerds. The benefits were good, but the pay wasn't too hot. The scars on your soul go away eventually...
Cons
Terrible company, terrible service, terrible customers. You'll take the same five calls over and over again, and calls usually end in blowing off or lying to the customer (I've escalated this up to a higher tier and the problem should be resolved within 24 hours!) The customers are often times angry yokels. Often times they can't see what's on the screen right in front of them. A good portion of advancement is based on how well you can BS. And if you advance, your job will still be knowing and following protocol in robo-mode. Like most call centers, the turnover is high. There's a good reason for that. Only work here if you absolutely need some experience, and get out when you can. Also I'm giving the CEO a big thumbs down for making us watch anti-union propaganda.
