Pros

There are no pros to working here unless you like getting fired.

Cons

Top level management makes all the decisions, they change targets and even reduced our pay. Then they fire people. They say they have company values, but they don't live by them. They are just words. It's a toxic place to work.

Pros

Cadence is accomplishing a lot, and doing a great job of navigating the difficulties of being a startup in health tech. I trust leadership, and know they have to make some tough choices. I'd recommend.

Cons

Growth stage startup so there can be a lot of changes, but they handle them well.

Pros

Most people at Cadence are great and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Leadership isn't transparent and targets are constantly moving. For example, if the team is told they need to hit 60 outreaches per day and they achieve it, they're scolded for only making 60 and not 100. If the team goal is set at 500 enrollments, and 600 is achieved, they're asked why more patients weren't enrolled.
