Lots of politics between employees and managers. They support their own political teams....favoritism is high in this company, particularly in some of departments.... Stay away from this company to save your time, energy and destroying your career path....

Local, a couple nice people.

If you read this before working here, run. Culture here is miserable and public humiliation is prevalent as it's a small company and everyone thinks they're smart, but are really lackluster people.

The majority of the employees are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Like any places of employment, there are bad apples but unfortunately management takes too long to rectify the situation and do not recognize the hard work of those who make regular contributions for the success of the department, in addition to Human Resources not being educated enough to deal with situations that arise accordingly - to many management issues to be addressed in a more timely manner.
