Pros

Lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Opportunity for growth within support is high

Cons

Promises are not always kept regarding future opportunities. Not many opportunities open up within the engineering department

Thank you for your feedback. Low turnover and steady growth hasn't provided the openings that many our our support engineer grow into. We do like to promote from within when possible and why we encourage and cover the cost of certifications and education related to job.

Pros

Good People but management is disconnected from Employee vs. Profit.

Cons

Get ready to live and breath your job. Days & Nights. Management has agenda - and you are not part of it.

CallTower operates with a Playbook that is refreshed quarterly by management and executives. Then given to every employee, talked about in our monthly company meetings, and all employees sets goals around the objectives the company wants to achieve. Disappointed you didn’t feel part of the process. Our success is because of the combined effort and collaboration of the entire organization.

Pros

Great hours and great co-workers, which makes the company tolerable. The company does try to create a good culture and include everyone.

Cons

Upper management is terrible, and some never show up to work. No follow through. They send out surveys to see how management is doing, but nothing ever changes, so why send them. Things are quickly brushed under the rug. They simply don't care.

There are some great people at CallTower, that is true. People who are dedicated, action oriented, as well as smart and inquisitive. Thank you for your perspective on upper management, we have some work to do in showing the effort to apply changes from the feedback we receive from our employees. Our June 2017 survey to our employees, 85% of respondents said they were happy or very happy to work at CallTower.
