The only reason I haven't gone insane yet is because of my amazing coworkers!

Cons

Employees are constantly burnt out and exhausted because of management's unreasonable demands and constant micromanaging! Not only do we have to put up having to work long hours and brutal workloads, we also have ZERO autonomy, and we have to work they way management want's us to, even if their decisions and ideas are stupid!

Work was ok but stressful specially when you're being micromanaged.

Cons

Managers monitors you like a hawk! he has this need to micromanaged everyone and know what everyone's doing even during breaks! He's a control freak, psycho and everyone tries to avoid him!
