Pros

Flat organization, enables you take any opportunity that you're able to take on. Leadership does a good job of allowing strong employees to lead and mentor ship of not so strong employees.

Cons

Tons of work and fast paced. Over the years they've gotten better at managing people's workloads though!

The leadership is transparent with goals and they invite feedbacks of employees.I have grown a lot working here and see a lot of potential for more in the future.

Pros

If work is your passion and thinking outside the box your norm, Calpion is the place. Issues always come up, realized after being in the workforce for more than 8 years. The aspect of Calpion that impressed me is that they acknowledge if there is a problem and work on resolving. Not ignore and hide behind messages. Calpion is willing to help you grow, try different areas and technologies. This I found not only beneficial for learning new technologies but also when personality does not match job. Knowing that you can work in another area, gives peace of mind.

Cons

Not everyone likes to push the envelope.
