Pros

The people here are truly the best part- everyone is approachable, sharp, and willing to help. Leadership gives you space to own your work, and you feel trusted. There's a good mix of strategy and hands-on-work, and I've learned a ton. Also, the benefits are strong and well-managed.

Cons

Things move fast, which is great until you realize your to-do list has its own to-do list. Some systems and processes could use a glow-up, but we are getting there!

Flexible work hours and no pressure to be in office just for the sake of visibility. Autonomy to manage your own time and deliverables. Some individual contributors are talented and committed despite systemic issues. If you're politically savvy, there's room to climb.

Cons

Leadership tends to trust a select few, often forming one-sided opinions without hearing other perspectives. Cross-team collaboration is poor—teams operate in silos, and internal competition outweighs team spirit. Recognition and decision-making are often influenced more by proximity to power than by performance or merit. Open feedback is rare; people hesitate to speak candidly, knowing that only certain voices are heard or rewarded.
