There are no pros. I devoted so many years of my life, along with my enthusiasm and expertise, to this company. However, the way they treated me in the end took a significant toll on my health, including my well-being.

Cons

Employees are not treated fairly or equally, the company’s own rules are inconsistently enforced. Some individuals receive special treatment, which creates an atmosphere of favoritism. Additionally, certain managers lack competence, and when mistakes occur, they often seek someone to blame rather than taking responsibility themselves. Furthermore, the company disregards your seniority, making it clear that experience and tenure are not valued.
