      Very closed minded company with head down work atmosphere

      Growing company. Lots of opportunity for advancement; if you can stand it long enough

      Very poor morale. You are not a person here. You are a robot. Management strives to intimidate, not help you. You are expected to have no opinion and keep your head down No hr department. Only a robot lady is there to discuss benefits. If you have any issues regarding training, injury or morale you are directed to your immediate supervisor and then yelled at. Training is poor. You are expected to do well after 2 days ( not exaggerated) if after a week you are not perfect, you are written up.

      Great compensation They throw great events The product is high end and well made Some great talent in PR, marketing events, and publishing

      Cons

      Senior Management is inexperienced and treats people very poorly. No respect or trust for their employees. Benefits are poor- very expensive healthcare plan and no dental. No mentoring or coaching from management. No work/life balance- and no plans to have more balance in the future. Rule by fear rather than incentive or respect.

      I work in an amazing department, everyone is very kind and collaborative and supportive.

      Cons

      leadership has ceased all communication with the rest of the company about the state of the enterprise, spending has slowed to almost nothing, and almost everyone I work with has been waiting for upwards of 8 months for a raise. We have no clue how the company is doing and people have been getting laid off left, right, and center for a few months; many more have quit. We used to have town halls, but we haven't received any mass communication from the c suit in close to a year.
